  • When is the best time to call?

     We answer calls until 9pm thoughout to week and whenever we can during eventful weekends. If met with a voicemail please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Deposits?

    After initail inquiriy please allow 24 hours to generate a accurate quote. Once services are agreed upon and client signs our service contract a 30% deposit of the quoted price is due immediately. This is the ONLY way to ensure your sceduled date of service!

  • Payment?

    The remainder of a clients balance will be charged to the account on file 3 days prior to the event. If customer perfers cash, service will be paid in full upon arrival to set up for event 

  • Are mock-ups included?

    All balloon decor and packages come with custom mock-ups. Which are digital design plans that give clients a visual of the final outcome. This way clients are 100% satisfied.

  • How long does decor last?

    Decor is typically a temporary focal point but balloon installations can last up to 4 weeks indoors. Making it a great option for businesses who want to leave a lasting impression on their guest.
